Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Doctor Appointments

• Cancellations: Users can cancel appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% deduction.
• No-Show: If a user fails to join the consultation, no refund will be issued.

2. Ambulance Booking

• Emergency Booking: Booking fees for emergency ambulances are non-refundable once the driver has been dispatched.
• Pre-booking: Scheduled ambulance bookings can be cancelled 4 hours prior for a full refund.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

4. Processing Delays

MediSlot is not responsible for delays caused by the banking system or payment gateways.
